NZINVEST began its partnership with the team from Maddren Homes some 18 months ago and Maddren has since constructed 6 new houses for us.

Having worked with builders and developers for the last 8 years, we are used to the usual hold-ups, shortcut and excuses that hinder a successful project. Not only did Maddren deliver all of our properties ahead of time, they also finished each of the properties to an exceptional level.  Their team was brilliant at providing updates, assisting with queries and accommodated all of our requests.
