My experience as an engineer gave me a solid understanding of plans, building sites, pricing and the build process itself. This paved the way for me to enter the property industry, and for the last 20 years I have used my passion for design and creating plans to own, renovate and subdivide many properties.
In the past nine years, as well as helping hundreds of happy clients build their dream homes with Maddren, I have been through the building process with them myself, as a client, many times. This means I understand the process from every angle and I understand client expectations very well.
