Embracing Homestar Challenge
Auckland company Maddren Homes has just completed its first Homestar 7 rated home.
Located in Matakana Green, the 253 square metre home comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Maddren Homes quantity surveyor Hannah Irwin says the build was a new challenge for the company but one it eagerly embraced.
“The challenge was ensuring the design the client wanted fitted in with the Homestar 7 criteria,” she explains.
